I'm really close to relapsing w/ self harm because it HELPS it's the only thing that helps me feel better trying to cope healthily just makes me feel like a bitch for daring to not hate myself and it makes me feel no better than before but cutting helps and it makes me feel better so what the fuck do I do i'm a terrible person self harm //
